With more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic advisory and corporate governance in Sweden, Asem leads Stratix Consulting with a focus on financial control and sustainable growth.

Asem has a solid background in both the public and private sectors, including serving as a tax officer at the Swedish Tax Agency, working with corporate taxation, investigations and compliance, and as a financial advisor and business consultant at the Swedish Public Employment Service. He is a doctoral researcher in international corporate finance and digital transformation and holds a master's degree in business economics. He combines deep regulatory knowledge from the public sector with practical business understanding to create secure conditions for growing companies.

Omar leads operations with specialist expertise in process analysis, information security and regulatory compliance (GDPR). He structures organisations' internal routines and turns complex regulations into clear, standardised ways of working (SOPs).

Omar has extensive experience in quality review and process optimisation from large international environments, including as a Quality Assurance Analyst on projects for Telus International and Google. He studied public administration and administrative law at the School of Public Administration, University of Gothenburg, and digital information design at the University of Borås.
